I’m really glad you’re here. Parenting a child with PDA can feel overwhelming and isolating, and my hope is that this space helps you feel a little less alone.

I’m a mom to two amazing girls—one neurotypical and one neurodivergent with PDA. Life with PDA has reshaped how I understand parenting, patience, and what meaningful support truly looks like.

For many years, I balanced motherhood alongside a senior director role in the corporate world. As PDA became a bigger part of our everyday life, I made the decision to step away from my career to focus fully on supporting my daughter and advocating for her needs.

This site is where I share resources, practical ideas, and encouragement for parents and caregivers walking a similar path. I hope you find support, understanding, and reassurance here.
